Howard Dean Working Tucson, Kerry 'Special Interest Clone'
From the Road: Tucson, Arizona. I am sitting in a mini van in Tucson surrounded by hundreds of people who are waiting to say hello to the Gov. He just spoke at a rally with well over 2,000 people!! The Gov gave a terrific speech. He called John Kerry "a special interest clone." The crowd went wild! Soon we'll be off to the airport to fly to Seattle. Then later today we're going to Wisconsin. We were supposed to take a day off in Vermont on Monday, but the Gov has decided to keep going! So we're going to be on the road non-stop for the next seven days. (We didn't pack for this long of a trip, so we may be making a laundry stop along the way. Now wouldn't that be a great photo op!). As you know the Gov was sick last week. He is feeling better now, but he did give his cold/flu to our traveling press. The majority of them are sick. So now candidate Dean is being Doctor Dean! I'll touch base again when we get to Seattle!
