Accident Chasers Rack Up Inflated Towing Fees
They are called accident chasers -- towing companies that swoop in the minute they hear about auto accidents. The companies are totally unregulated, and as CBS 2's Pam Zekman reports, some accident victims say the companies have taken their cars and held them, racking up astronomical bills.
