Tinderbox
Tinderbox looks like a very interesting product I've got to try out. It bills itself as a personal content management assistant and seems to intersect Chandler in helping to manage the intertwingularity of information. The creator mentions Agenda as a source of inspiration. Would be interesting if we are in turn inspired by it. I wonder if others have had good or bad experience with the product....

My Autumn Angel
In the autumnal leavings I find, A small blonde nymph running... Dancing with the wind swept flora that undulate in rhythm with the flashes of solarity breaking through the shadows. As her joyous giggles break the silence, a small tear glides down my cheek. This small scrap of innocence has...

Move messages to different folder 1.0
It seems simple, but since it took me 20 minutes to figure out the syntax, I thought I'd contribute it. I have built into my Rules my own personal junk mail filter which puts suspect items into a folder called "Junk" which is a subfolder of my "Inbox". Since this collects a couple hundred messages a day, I needed to move all these messages to "Deleted Items" once a day or so. This script does it for me. I run it automatically, once a day, from a schedule.

Comment Spam Festival, of Sorts
Over the weekend I ran a couple of searches on words and links used in attempted comment spam at my site to see what other sites they had been been spamming. In the process I came across a page at the McGregor Museum's website that is quite a repository for comment spammers. (149 words, 3 links)

Moving Day
This will very likely be is the last post at this weblog. After some delay, all the parts are in place, and I have a new weblog at www.eighty-twenty.net/blog, and I expect that all my future posting will take place there. I'm attempting to redirect the RSS feed, but I'm actually not sure how many aggregators support this, and AFAIK, there's no way to get Userland's servers to do a proper 301, so we'll see. Update: It looks like none of the 3 aggregators I tried (NewsGator, RssBandit, and BottomFeeder) understand the XML-level RSS redirect, so you'll probably need to update your feed manually. I'll do a redirect later if I find out a way to do it more portably.
